Terms of sale

1. Who sells to you

2. Prices and payment

The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, including VAT and shipping. Every second lock in an order costs €119. Shipping is €9 per order, and free on orders with two or more locks. You pay when you place the order. Your card or account is charged when the order is confirmed.

3. Delivery

We ship to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Finland and France. The Ring-Lock is a pre-order. We send it in October 2026, and you get a tracking link by email when it leaves. If we have not sent it by 31 October 2026, you may cancel and get all your money back. You can also cancel at any time before we send it, and the 57 days in section 4 still apply after delivery.

4. Your right to change your mind

By law you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. LAAS extends this to 57 days from the day you receive the lock.

To withdraw, tell us before the 57 days are over: write to support@laaslocks.com, or use the form below. Then send the lock back to us no later than 14 days after you told us. We reply with the address to send it to.

We pay back everything you paid, including the standard shipping, within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait with the refund until the lock is back with us, or until you show us that you have sent it, whichever comes first. We pay back the same way you paid.

You may try the lock as you would in a shop. If it comes back damaged beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value.

5. Two-year right to complain (reklamationsret)

Under Danish law you can complain about a fault for two years from delivery. Write to support@laaslocks.com with your order number and a short description, and we tell you what happens next. If the lock is faulty, you can choose to have it repaired or replaced. If that is not possible, or it does not happen within a reasonable time, you can get a price reduction or your money back. We pay the shipping.

6. Our promises

7. If we cannot agree

Write to us first. If we still cannot agree, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, through forbrug.dk. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help.
