Find your bike.
Check Apple Find My.
Open the Apple Find My app, tap Items and select your Ring-Lock. Check the location on the map and the time it was last seen.
On Android? Use the iPhone or iPad linked to your lock in Find My.
It might have been moved.
Look around the place you parked: the next bike rack, the other side of the station, or a nearby parking area. It’s worth checking even if Find My has no new location.
No new location?
In your Ring-Lock’s details in Find My, turn on Notify When Found. You’ll get a notification when it’s located again.
Still missing?
Mark it as lost in Find My and add a phone number or email where someone who finds it can reach you. Depending on your version, look for Lost Mode or Show Contact Info.
