Ride with it.
You pay the purchase price up front, plus any Flex Mount and delivery. Your 57 days start when you receive the lock. Install it. Ride with it. Normal use and normal wear are fine.
If it isn’t right for you
Contact LAAS within the trial period to arrange a return. We pay the return postage. A prepaid return label is included in your shipment. You don’t need the original box; use packaging that protects the lock in transit.
What gets refunded
The returned lock and Flex Mount purchased with it are covered. The original delivery charge is not refunded.
